A Pretty Little Shop

Hello, hello!!  Today I’m sharing my Paris layout, A Pretty Little Shop, that I created using the sketch from the October-Week 1 Let’s Get Sketchy Sketch Challenge.    Here’s the layout:

Details….

DSCN2504

A Claudine Hellmuth wood veener dress form that I painted with her painterly pink paint and layered with her rub-ons (featured in a previous post).    Both chipboard buttons are from Jenni Bowlin Studio.  One is in her Wallpaper pattern and the other was raw chipboard that I made rather minty

My take on the inky droplets from the sketch.  Gold dot rub-ons from Pink Paislee, sequins from the JBS April Papercrafting kit, pink buttons from My Mind’s Eye, and some tiny green and blue buttons from my Claudine Hellmuth HSN stash.

Showing the layering and depth.  I finally had call to use this amazing diecut doily from Josephine Kimberling, which also came in the JBS April kit.

Supplies:  Patterned paper: BasicGrey mint Julep carolina & lois, Webster’s Pages Best Friend’s BFF’s, Echo Park Paradise Beach (6×6 pad); Ribbon: Webster’s Pages Best Friends; Wood veneer: Claudine Hellmuth HSN; Rub-ons: Pink Paislee (gold); Diecut doily: Josephine Kimberling a division of Anna Griffin; Alphas: October Afternoon Mini Market Land & Sea, Jenni Bowlin Studio Graph Alterable Alphas; Chipboard, sequins: Jenni Bowlin Studio; Buttons: MME Find Your Wings and Fly-Sky’s the Limit, Claudine Hellmuth HSN; Twine: Webster’s Pages; Stamp: October Afternoon “Streets of Paris”; Ink: Jenni Bowlin for Ranger(Seed Packet); Paint: Claudine Hellmuth Studio; Punch: Fiskars Threading Water; Thread: Coats and Clark; Pen: Zig Millinenium.

There are items in this layout from the April, June, and July JBS Mercantile kits, which are all on sale at JBS Mercantile.  Also, I purchased  the Wallpaper chipboard buttons and Graph Alterable Alphas when they were featured as Jenni’s monthly Mercantile Dime Store Deals…love those!!!

I feel like this post is a little short and sweet for me.  I guess that’s the kinda mood I’m in today.  🙂

I hope you enjoyed your visit.  See ya soon!!!!
